As a life care planning firm, we work very hard to establish relationships with various professionals of this industry with the goal that we can connect those services to our clients in their time of need. Now is the time where we as Senior Care Advocates can work together to help set expectations and build a level of understanding among our various disciplines. Together we can work to best alleviate concerns and help build a bridge of communication between health care providers and seniors in need.
Mission:
This will be an ongoing, monthly meeting that we will continue to host for both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our goal is that we can help facilitate communication on both sides of the bridge and develop an ongoing forum for sharing resources with our families and professionals utilizing best practices.
